Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $9.95 flat rate per order.
- Free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal over $100.00.
The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, in line with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email tracking information to the address you provided.
Order changes & cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us at suport@rovixatrading.com or +1 (904) 729-1829 as soon as possible. Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Orders that have shipped can be returned under our Refund & Return Policy.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Sales tax
We collect Pennsylvania sales tax on orders shipped to Pennsylvania. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
