Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, and free on orders over $100.00.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect Pennsylvania sales tax (6%) on orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. Tax is shown before you place your order.
Can I return an item?
Yes — unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See the Refund & Return Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at suport@rovixatrading.com. We can cancel or change orders that haven't shipped yet.
How do I care for my bedding?
Each product page lists care instructions. Always check the item's care label as well.
